Simplify and automate employee time and attendance processing with the SAASPROX TimeTrax™ Elite Proximity Time Clock System. This system uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) proximity badges to instantly register and record employee punches. The keypad enables optional supervisor-approved PIN number entry. It manages weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly pay periods and includes 15 proximity badges.

The SAASPROX system pairs with Pyramid SaaS cloud software, allowing you to edit employee time cards and run various reports, including Detail Payroll, Time Card, Attendance, Employee Punch, Employee Card, Employee Contact, and Employee Seniority. It automatically calculates employee hours, overtime, and holiday hours.

The system creates export files for most major payroll providers, including ADP®, Fidelity®, Heartland®, and PayChex Preview®. It also directly syncs with QuickBooks®. The SAASPROX is simple to set up and easy to expand with employee package upgrades, additional proximity badges, and/or additional SAASPROX TimeTrax™ Elite Proximity Time Clock System.
