Cloud Hosted
Pyramid’s SaaS is our cloud hosted TimeTrax™ software. All punch in/out data is sent to the cloud from your Pyramid SaaS time clock. Your SaaS account allows you to access to your data anywhere you have an Internet connection. Pyramid will maintain the TimeTrax™ software for you, which ensures you will always be using the latest version with the most current features. No more downloading or installing updates and worrying about operating system compatibility issues.
Your data will be safely hosted and backed up in the Cloud. All punch in/out data sent from your Pyramid SaaS time clock to the cloud becomes available within minutes to all users with access your SaaS account.
Multi-User Role Based Access
Pyramid’s SaaS portal allows for multiple users to access time clock data. Access is Role-Based, which means each user can be assigned specific permissions. This means that your most sensitive data can be restricted to only authorized personnel.
Employees can be given access to their time clock data. They will be able to login to their own account and view their time within minutes of each time clock punch.
User Roles:
System Administrator : the admin will have full access to software settings and data. Permission to add, edit, or inactivate user accounts as well as modify user roles and access rights.
Supervisor: supervisors have limited rights in Pyramid SaaS. supervisors will only have access to the departments that have been assigned to them. this allows supervisor’s to adjust time card punch information as well as approve the pay period for their own departments. they will be able to view rules and employee information, but cannot make any changes.
Employee: employees have restricted rights in Pyramid SaaS. employee will be able to view their own time card allowing them to check punches and print their time sheets.
